Return Policy

We proudly offer a 15 day return policy from the day you placed your order. All items must be unworn & must have their original tags in order to qualify for a return. All items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the shipping label. Failure to do so may result in your return request to be rejected.

Customers will be charged a $10CAD restocking fee and a $10 Shipping Fee. You will be refunded the original purchase price, not including the original shipping cost.

Why do I have to pay for shipping and restocking? We don’t incorporate the cost of return shipping and admin in our prices in order to keep our prices as low as possible. This means, when you purchase anything from us, you’re not overpaying to cover someone else’s returns.

All items marked as sale items or purchased using an automatic discount code are considered FINAL SALE. For sanitary reasons, jewelry is also final sale. No returns or exchanges will be processed during sales. We do not offer price matching for previous purchases in the rare event of a sale. 

Return Instructions

Please print the return label and pack items to be returned inside an appropriate shipping box and seal appropriately. Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop off at your nearest postal location who accepts UPS. Your credit or refund will be applied within 3-8 business days upon receipt of your item(s).
