Product - GREAT! Return/Exchange Policy - NOT so much

Purchased the soirée skirt, diya blouse and dupatta, and it’s great quality! Very beautiful pieces. The only downside to purchasing from The Saree Room is their return & exchange policy for sale items. For a company that doesn’t have a physical location to try on their products, this policy should be reconsidered for people. If there is a physical location to try it on and then having the sale item as a final item, that makes sense.
