EXCHANGES
- Exchanges receive FREE Standard Shipping, regardless of order value.
- Please reach out via email to upgrade to Express Shipping if you have a time constraint (see rates above).
Fulfillment Cut-Off Times
- Orders placed before 12pm EST (Monday–Friday) ship the same day.
- Orders placed after 12pm EST or on weekends will ship the next business day.
- Overnight express orders are delivered the next business day (weekdays only) from the time they are fulfilled.
Shipping Restrictions
- Overnight service is currently available in Canada only.
- Pre-order items are excluded from same-day shipping and overnight timelines.

Taxes & Duties
CANADA
- Duties are included in all orders shipped to Canada
UNITED KINGDOM
- Duties are included in all orders shipped to the UK.
U.S.A.
- As of December 16th, 2025, The Saree Room offers inclusive pricing for all U.S. customers. The price you see on the product page is the final price you pay at checkout, with no additional duties or taxes charged on delivery. This is a limited-time offering, and its continuation cannot be guaranteed.
INTERNATIONAL
- Duties and taxes are not included in product prices.
- In some countries, you’ll have the option to pre-pay duties and taxes at checkout.
- If you do so at checkout, no additional charges will be due upon delivery.
- If duties and taxes are not paid at checkout, your local customs office may charge additional fees when your order arrives. These costs vary by country based on local import rules.
