What are your shipping timelines?

All of our pieces are in stock and ready to ship and we process all orders within 1 business day!

Canada & USA:
Standard Shipping 3-9 Business Days
Express Shipping 1-3 Business Days
NEW: Overnight Express Shipping: 1 Business Day

International:
Standard Shipping 7-14 Business Days
Express Shipping 3-7 Business Days

*Please note that most couriers do not deliver on weekends.

Overnight express orders are delivered the next business day (weekdays only) from date of fulfillment.

What is your return & exchanges policy?

I did not receive my order, what do I do?

If you purchased our TSR Package Protection along with your order, then our customer service team will take care of it for you! Please refer to this page for more information. In cases TSR Package Protection wasn’t purchased, once your package leaves our warehouse, we no longer have control over the delivery. Please contact UPS, Flashbox, or DHL with your tracking number in order to get an update. If the carrier does not have any updates or has deemed your package lost please contact us immediately at info@thesareeroom.com and our team will be happy to help resolve the situation.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Order Cancellation Policy

At The Saree Room, we pride ourselves on our extraordinary fulfillment speed to ensure our customers receive their orders as quickly as possible. Due to this efficiency, our order cancellation policy is as follows:

Standard Orders:

  • Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been fulfilled for 2 or more business days from the time of purchase.
  • As soon as you place your order, we immediately begin processing and working on it, which means it cannot be cancelled after being placed.
  • If an edit needs to be made, please email info@thesareeroom.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.

Pre-Order Items:

  • Items purchased on pre-order or any product with a disclaimer on the product page indicating that it will ship in 7-10 business days are made to order.
  • These items cannot be cancelled once the order is placed, as they are specifically created based on customer demand.
