What is TSR Package Protection?

TSR’s Package Protection is a package protection solution that helps cover your order in the event that your order gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. We know how frustrating it is to have something happen to your order, so we now proudly offer a guaranteed protection plan to ensure that you are supported, no matter what.

TSR Package Protection is automatically enabled at checkout, but can be opted-out by the customer at their discretion.

Can I opt out of TSR Package Protection?

To guarantee the safety of your package, we proudly offer TSR Package Protection, to cover lost, stolen, and damaged items. By unselecting this, you are opting-out of this premium protection at your discretion.

All orders are shipped using Fedex or Flashbox. While we cannot control the delivery of packages after the items have been picked up by Fedex (in the very rare case that Fedex loses or damages a package) or Flashbox, all customers who have opted-in for TSR Package Protection will be compensated with store credit or a reship, please see terms here.

Any lost or stolen packages for orders without TSR Package Protection are not the responsibility of The Saree Room. Please contact Fedex or Flashbox to resolve any issues.

How does TSR Package Protection work?

If your TSR Package Protected order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, TSR’s expert support team helps ensure that your order gets replaced or credited as preferred. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing.

Please note that images and additional information may be requested by our customer service team from time to time.

How does TSR Package Protection process credits or reorders?

CREDITS: When crediting an item, TSR Protection covers the subtotal, shipping, and taxes. In both cases, the TSR Protection premium cost will not be refunded. 

REORDERS: TSR Protection will reorder the items, depending on in-stock availability. Unavailable items will be credited. We will cover the cost of any reorders including shipping, taxes, and TSR Package Protection.

When should I file a claim?

MARKED AS DELIVERED (STOLEN)
Please file your claim for any stolen packages within 3 days from delivery date to info@thesareeroom.com

STUCK IN TRANSIT (LOST)
DOMESTIC ORDERS: Please file your claim for any lost packages within 7 days from order date to info@thesareeroom.com
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please file your claim for any lost packages within 14 days from order date to info@thesareeroom.com

DAMAGED
Please file your claim for any damaged packages within 3 days from when it was marked delivered to info@thesareeroom.com

What if my order never arrived or is stolen?

TSR Package Protection definitely helps cover these instances! To protect your order against loss or theft,do not opt-outof the TSR Package Protection option at checkout.

What if my order arrives damaged?

TSR Package Protection covers damage as well! To protect your order against damage that occurred during shipping, add TSR Package Protection at checkout. 

If your order has arrived to you damaged, please take photos of the item and the packaging it arrived in to include in your claim when filing.

How do I file a claim for my lost, damaged, or stolen order?

If you have insured your order with TSR Package Protection at checkout, you can email our team at: info@thesareeroom.com with your concern, order number, email attached to the order, and any other additional information that can help us help you.
